Order cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your online order as long as we have not yet dispatched it. A refund of the cost of your order will be processed to the credit card you purchased the order with. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible so that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Order enquiries
An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an additional email confirming shipment. This email will include tracking information (where applicable).
Damaged items
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping packaging to show some wear; however if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Refer to the Returns page for specific information concerning items that are damaged in transit.
