PAYMENT ISSUES

We process payments through the following 2 organisations

Did you experience a problem?

There are occasionally problems with payment processing. In order to protect your personal information, the payment processing organisations that we use do not send us details of the problem, which means we cannot display this for you.

We have therefore provided a summary of the most common problems below. If you had a problem, please scroll down below to the payment option you used for trouble shooting information.

Visa / Mastercard

For Visa / Mastercard payment problems

  • If you were advised on the Prodermal NZ website that there was a payment problem, it is highly unlikely that the payment was processed. Nevertheless, you may wish to check online with your card issuer that this is the case. Then proceed to the next step.
  • You may have entered some card details incorrectly. Before you move to the next step below, we recommend that you try and process with the same card again.
  • If the problem persists, it can be that the card was declined (there are many reasons for this, and it’s often not related to balances). We recommend you try with another card, if you have one.
  • Another option is to use your PayPal account, if you have one.
  • If you used an American Express card, note that this payment option does not accept American Express.
    • To use American Express, select the PayPal payment option and then enter your card details (PayPal allows you to do this without logging into a PayPal account).

If still unsuccessful, please call us on 021 2802544 during normal office hours and we will endeavour to assist you. Additional options available to you are:

  • You can deposit a payment directly into our bank account.

PayPal

For PayPal payment problems

  • Please ensure that you entered the correct PayPal username and password.
  • If you logged in correctly, and the problem persists, we recommend you log into your PayPal account and check the status of your PayPal linked accounts.
  • Alternatively, you can use the Visa / Mastercard payment option.
